Impact Learning & Development is a locally owned pediatric ABA therapy center serving children with autism and other developmental needs in the Rapid City community. As a BCBA-owned and military-family owned and operated organization, we bring both clinical expertise and a deep commitment to service into everything we do. For over 7 years, we have been proud to support families across the beautiful Black Hills area, helping children build meaningful skills for daily life, communication, and independence.

We focus on individualized, evidence-based care and believe progress happens best through strong partnerships with families. Our team works closely with caregivers to create lasting impact not only in our center, but at home, in school, and throughout the community. We care deeply about the families we serve and approach our work with both compassion and high standards for quality care.

Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with additional scheduling options that may be available based on individual family needs.
